Job Summary: The objective of the Brand Specialist position is to productively support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers. The Brand Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness. As a Brand Specialist, you will report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive depending on your market. Our Brand Specialists are expected to be self-starters, results-oriented, and have a passion for the beauty industry. This is a fluctuating, part-time opportunity, with the work schedule varying monthly based on the brands’ needs and distance willing to travel. Job Duties: Achieve sales goals for assigned brands. Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness. Establish and develop strong relationships with the store teams. Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge. Execute interactive product demonstrations. Ensure product merchandising meets company standards. Provide critical feedback through survey responses. Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment required. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence. Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team. Must be available on weekends. Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional. Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory. In this role you will work on preparing parts for bagging with bleeders, thermocouples, probes, and vacuum connections, and performing vacuum bag processing, bonding, and oven/autoclave curing. Job Summary:
The objective of the Brand Specialist position is to productively support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers. The Brand Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness.
As a Brand Specialist, you will report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive depending on your market. Our Brand Specialists are expected to be self-starters, results-oriented, and have a passion for the beauty industry.
