Director of Field Operations Summary: SDV Construction is seeking an accomplished field operations leader to join our executive team as Director of Field Operations . This senior leadership role is responsible for providing strategic oversight and operational alignment across all field operations statewide, ensuring consistent execution of SDV standards for safety, quality, labor efficiency, and schedule performance.
