HDR Engineering is looking for a Transmission Line Project Manager/Team Lead to join our Phoenix Power Delivery program. The primary duties of a Transmission Line Project Manager/Team Lead include managing the execution of all aspects of high voltage electric transmission line projects of all sizes and complexity, including scope and/or proposal development, project team development and assignment, project execution, project closeout, and quality control, schedule, and budget management. Experience with transmission line, distribution line, and associated strategic services aspects (i.e. routing, permitting, public involvement, right of way acquisition) of projects is preferred, with strong technical experience in design preferred. Duties also include supervising and growing a local team and/or leveraging existing staff across the company to execute work and deliver world class services to clients in the region and engaging in business development activities to support existing and new clients in the region. In the role of Transmission Line Project Manager, we'll count on you to: Direct supervision over existing team of 3-4 engineers and designers with a goal to grow the team. Performs client management, project management, staff supervision, and/or technical support activities Manage and lead transmission projects throughout an entire project life cycle. Understanding and application of basic project management tools and techniques including the following: project life cycle, client goals and objectives, contract terms and project risk, work breakdown structures, project scope/schedule/budget, project initiation, project planning, financial management and controls, including earned value, internal/external communication, team management, change management, and project closeout. Coordinate with marketing and technical leadership for business development. Leverage and/or develop client relationships to develop new transmission opportunities. Coordinate with company recruiting staff and leadership to develop a hiring plan and grow a group of transmission professionals based on client and work-sharing needs. Eventually supervise a local transmission team and provide oversight over workload, quality, utilization, team morale, training, and performing annual performance reviews of team members. May also be responsible for overseeing non-engineering components of projects, including public involvement, environmental permitting, right of way acquisition, construction management, and other services. Leads the QA/QC process on projects and is committed to delivering world class quality. He/she works independently and may direct, mentor, train, and/or supervise one or more PM's, Project Engineers, EIT's, CADD/Designers, and administrative staff. Start time of 8pm After training is completed, the shift moves to Sunday- Thursday, 3pm until finishedPosition Purpose: Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. Primary Responsibilities: The Full Case retrieves product, stacks orders for delivery, and monitors inventory levels within the warehouse. Directs, stocks, selects, and replenishes products. Retrieves product in accordance with printed customer orders and packing products. Restocks order selection zones as necessary and consolidating merchandise. Stacks orders securely according to sequence of delivery route. Applies shipping ID labels to products and completing paperwork related to inventory process. Maintains orderly workstation; returns supplies and merchandise to assigned locations. Records materials and inventory levels. Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines. Ensures work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately. Description Wash, clean and dry all cars as required and ensure they are ready for delivery in a timely manner. Effectively communicate with Technicians and Management to ensure the department is appropriately cleaned, organized and secured each day while following OSHA/EPA requirements. All vehicles need to be locked and keys put in their designated location at close of business each day. Advise Service Manager of needed repairs and/or maintenance as needed. Follow policies and procedures as per your specific manufacturer(s) manual. Maintain employee, customer and vendor confidence while protecting operations by exercising discretion when handling sensitive confidential information. Complete and maintain all Dealerships' required training. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times and adhere to all OSHA/EPA requirements. Requirements Physical Demands: Work performed in a dealership setting due to the location of customer vehicles and shop supplies. Required vision include close, vision, distance, peripheral and the ability to adjust focus. Required to lift-up to a minimum of 100lbs.
