The Palliative Care Physician will manage high risk patients coming in and out of the hospital, or those with life-limiting illnesses. The physician will lead the team in high-risk patient care and the transition of care management. Job/Position Summary Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Quality Control & Inventory Lab Operator III will provide manufacturing capability to the Temp Sensing line of products made in Albuquerque, NM. Experience with measurement of electrical properties, serialization of customer parts, visual inspection and SAP data entry is required. Short term travel to Boise, ID for training and certification is required. ISO9100 level of audit review is needed. Major Areas of Responsibility Visually inspect probe assemblies for signs of defect and non-conformance. Operate temperature bath test stations for measurement of probe electrical properties. Keep data and probes organized and labeled for serialization of final assemblies. Maintain equipment in good working order, clean, monitor, preventive maintenance. Input data into control charts and report data. Follow all safety protocols, quality procedures, and work instructions. Understand technical measurement equipment and be trainable on specifics. Be responsible for producing data in a rapid, efficient, and quality manner. Follow work instructions, both verbal and written, including submitting formal documents. Maintain impeccable housekeeping in the laboratory and production work areas. Some physical requirements include walking, lifting 50 lbs., and pushing carts with samples. Other related duties as directed by management. Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent is required. 3 years of direct experience as an operator or technician. 3 years of Process Technician I experience or equivalent. Direct experience with kiln operations is a plus. Direct experience with laboratory testing and equipment is a plus. Reading, writing, and communicating in English is required. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to track samples, perform tests, and organize data. Knowledge of metrology tools such as micrometers, calipers, etc. Knowledge of laboratory equipment and protocols. Excellent computer skills to include database entries, Excel spreadsheet, and Word processing. Able to work independently and in team environments. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Excellent interpersonal and technical communications skills. Physical/Working Requirements Extended periods of standing combined with sitting and walking. Must be able to go up and down steps. Manual dexterity. Precise and accurate use of analytical tools requiring good near vision. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Exposure to moderate noise levels and use of chemicals. Position Purpose:

Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company's success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. As a Warehouse, Worker, you will support the shipping and/or receiving functions activities within our warehouse.

The Warehouse, Worker performs shipping and/or receiving functions in a timely manner while maintaining inventory and warehouse work areas, observing all safety regulations, and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Performs general warehouse duties as assigned including but not limited to forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, break down pallets, tote stacking, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving.
  • Performs general housekeeping duties and keep warehouse area, loading dock and trailers clear and clean as required. Ensures work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
  • Performs daily safety check of the assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy.
  • Performs damage control checks on items received and contact supervisor about removing items according to company policy.
  • Removes batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklist. Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
  • Reviews work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepare for operations.
  • Puts on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
  • Meets required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
  • Secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent

Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position

Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift

Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift

Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry

Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience

6+ months of experience operating a forklift and/or pallet jack

Foodservice distribution or related industry experience
