• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department*
• Perform rapid patient assessments and triage based on acuity*
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments per physician orders*
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition*
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams*
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards*
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and discharge instructions*
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety guidelines, and emergency protocols

Education & Certification Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico or compact license*
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)*
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required*
• TNCC certification preferred*
