Performs a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance, as well as preventative and predictive maintenance work on service tools and equipment. Interprets complex maintenance manuals, sketches, drawings, and specifications to determine repair and troubleshooting procedures. Disassembles, adjusts, repairs, replaces, and proves out maintenance operations on a diversified line of work, including hydraulics, electronics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and tool repair. Assigns qualified maintenance associates. Determines if new maintenance associate (SSE) can be assigned with veteran service associate to gain OJT. Follows lockout tag out procedures.   • Assembles daily Repair Router Packets utilizing the correct routers and PM forms as well as oversees work being performed and required information is completed.
  • Ensure maintenance procedures are implemented and followed by the department.
  • Monitors Calibrated Tools and Equipment Tool Crib.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and inventory used by the department to assemble products are available, maintained and operate in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Performs a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance, as well as preventative and predictive maintenance work on service tools and equipment.
  • Interprets complex maintenance manuals, sketches, drawings, and specifications to determine repair and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Disassembles, adjusts, repairs, replaces, and proves out maintenance operations on a diversified line of work, including hydraulics, electronics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and tool repair.
  • Assigns qualified maintenance associates.
  • Determines if new maintenance associate (SSE) can be assigned with veteran service associate to gain OJT.
  • Follows lockout tag out procedures.
