Job Description

- Multispecialty FQHC Facility providing community health care for the Albuquerque and Santa Fe communities
- Founded in 1996 with 3 locations.
- Inclusive We Care culture
- Annual salary between $250,000 and $280,000, depending on experience
- Potential to earn up to an additional 15% per year in bonuses
- Great work/life balance with generous time off plans. 5 Weeks (200hrs) of PTO available for full time providers.
- CME - $3,000 and 5 Days. And additional balance of $1,000 for Licensure/Professional Memberships & Subscriptions.
- Tuition reimbursement
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, professional development programs, and 340B prescription access with substantial employer contribution
- Location: Santa Fe, NM
- Family Medicine Primary Care
- Average Volume: 2.5 Patients per hour
- Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday - Open to a 4 day week!
- 32 Hours of Clinical 8 hours Admin per week
- System-wide Athena EMR
- Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting. Patient population is of all ages.
- Provide the full scope of primary medical care to patients including diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of conditions.
- The Physician will also document patient visits and monitor and facilitate other activities related to patient care.
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Internal medicine.
- Able to hold a New Mexico state Medical License
