Knowledge is reviewing certified payroll and use of LCPTracker. compliance with state and federal requirements through the review of contract documents such as subcontracts, certified payrolls, and estimates. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in office management and construction-related tasks, including the ability to generate monthly payment estimates and assist with change order documentation. Ideal, but not required, candidate has familiarity with construction plan reading.
