Releases information to requesting parties following established medical records policy and procedures. This task can be accomplished by mail, fax, or in person. Faxes physicians orders, sends records for outgoing referrals, answers incoming departmental phone calls, handles all in house request for records, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested Must maintain proficiency in assigned outside facilities EMR.
