What you will own

• Daily hotel operations: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance
• Revenue and cost performance (labor, flow-through, guest scores)
• Team leadership: hiring, training, accountability

What we're looking for

• Prior hotel or full-service restaurant leadership experience (AGM or GM)
• Strong operator-can lead from the front
• Financial discipline and comfort managing a P&L
• Ability to build and retain a reliable team
• Local market awareness is a plus
