The Social Content Planner role plays a key leadership role within the Social Experience Team within the internal creative agency, Creative & Digital Services (CDS). The Social Content Planner, reporting to the Head of Social Experience, is responsible for developing and executing strategic content plans across social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role blends creativity with data-driven insights to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and align with business objectives. What You'll Work On Content Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with brand goals and audience insights. Create and manage editorial calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Media, PA, Brand, MLR etc) to align content with broader marketing campaigns. Identify content themes, formats, and storytelling opportunities that drive engagement and performance. Translate insights into content opportunities and strategic pivots. Represent the voice of the consumer in content planning discussions. The Social Content Planner role plays a key leadership role within the Social Experience Team within the internal creative agency, Creative & Digital Services (CDS). What You'll Work On

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with brand goals and audience insights.

  • Create and manage editorial calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Media, PA, Brand, MLR etc) to align content with broader marketing campaigns.
