  • Manage a team of special designers, slasher creatives, and agency partners to ensure testing velocity and quality standards
  • Develop guidelines, templates, and scalable systems that help the organization produce high-quality, high-volume social content
  • Work closely with external creators, freelancers, or production partners when needed to expand creative capacity
  • Monitor competitive landscapes and platform trends to identify new opportunities for breakthrough creative

You Will Be a Good Fit If You Have

  • 7+ years of experience creating social-first creative in a performance-driven environment, ideally within a growth team, creative studio, or agency
  • Deep fluency in Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels, including an understanding of how creative influences delivery, CPM efficiency, and conversion
  • A portfolio that demonstrates mastery of short-form video, static ads, editing, and native social storytelling
  • A strong grasp of internet culture, meme language, creator trends, and the nuances that make content feel native to each platform
  • Experience developing structured testing plans and frameworks that connect creative concepts to personas, hypotheses, and clear measurement criteria
