The Social Worker collaborates with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and community agencies to promote optimal outcomes for both patients and infants. Details: Full-time day shift position, Monday through Thursday (9-hour days), and Friday (8-noon). No weekends, nights, or on-call requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments for patients during pregnancy and postpartum periods. Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and resource coordination for issues such as perinatal mood disorders, intimate partner violence, housing instability, or substance use. Partner with obstetric providers to identify patients at risk and develop individualized care plans. Facilitate referrals to community resources, including WIC, mental health services, domestic violence shelters, parenting programs, and financial assistance. Document all patient interactions and interventions in the electronic medical record in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Barback Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Show that you are an energetic, outgoing, fun person while maintaining professionalism.
  • Perform basic prep work behind the bar: refilling ice bins, restocking beer/liquor, cutting garnishes.
  • Change empty kegs in keg room, including moving full kegs of beer.
