The goal is to build family strengths and resiliency. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and current Certified Counselor through the State of Washington Department of Health or Chemical Dependency Counselor. Experience working with underserved populations such as, but not limited to, those who have limited English speaking skills, are homeless, and migrant and seasonal workers. If the patient requires services beyond brief intervention, the Social Service Specialist is responsible for coordinating the timely referral to behavioral health services. Experience working with patients who have substance use disorders, chronic mental illness, and those who require crisis intervention. Experience working with safety-net providers within the community and broad knowledge of community resources to facilitate whole person care. Description Position Overview We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven Content & Social Manager to help bring our web content, social media, and B2B influencer strategies to life across our two commercial B2B brands. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will partner closely with both digital and brand marketing teams to ensure that strategies are aligned and executed with measurable impact. The Content & Social Manager will be responsible for translating joint strategies into action, overseeing content production, managing day-to-day social media activity, and activating influencer programs. Success in this role will depend on working in concert with brand marketers by combining strong brand positioning with digital execution, optimization, and performance reporting. This role focuses on carrying strategies through to execution, ensuring they are managed effectively, measured rigorously, and optimized for results. Responsibilities Web Content Strategy Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on global web content strategy and execute plans that align with business goals and drives traffic, engagement, and conversions. Partner with brand marketing teams to ensure web content is consistent, optimized, and brand appropriate. Work with our international SBUs to offer localization support as needed. Manage ongoing updates to website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO best practices. Track performance metrics and continuously optimize to improve website effectiveness. Social Media Strategy Own the development and daily execution of multi-channel social media strategies across platforms. Recommend guidelines for global versus regional brand accounts. Working with the marketing management teams, manage day-to-day social content creation, publishing, forum participation and community engagement. Monitor and report on performance metrics, recommending optimizations to improve engagement and reach. Identify new social trends and opportunities to keep the brand ahead of the curve. B2B Influencer Strategy Design and implement B2B influencer strategies appropriate for our commercial brands, focusing on thought leaders, industry partners, and professional networks. Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates. Coordinate content collaborations, campaigns, and events with influencers. Measure ROI and effectiveness of influencer programs, adjusting strategy as needed. Manage the content and social team Hire, mentor and provide ongoing performance feedback to digital support team. Set and manage monthly KPI's for team; monitor progress weekly Other: Identify and manage tools and platforms needed to effectively serve position Identify digital trends and opportunities for implementation within the business All other projects as needed Requirements Education: 4-year degree in business, marketing, or related field required Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated success in leading online marketing initiatives for B2B brands, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Other Requirements: Microsoft Office Suite required Proficient in use of Content Management Systems (CMS), Google Analytics and social publishing software Proven track record of developing and executing successful web content strategies and social media campaigns. Experience in managing B2B influencer programs or partnerships. Proficiency with social media management, SEO, influencer management, web analytics, and CMS platforms and tools. The Assistant Director will develop high-impact practices including retreats, conferences, and immersions that will inform students' understanding of their role as global citizens. Under the supervisor of the Director of Campus Ministry, the Assistant Director will work in close collaboration with the entire Campus Ministry team and will contribute to its overall mission to "form students of all faith backgrounds through encounters with God, Community and Creation to be empowered to become agents of social change and spiritual transformation." Social Justice Education and Advocacy (30%) Facilitates social justice education and experiences for students rooted in Catholic Social Teaching and the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain partnership with Ignatian Solidarity Network and co-manage (with Center for Community Service and Justice (CCSJ) staff) logistical details for the Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice and Ignatian Justice Summit; including registration, room reservations, meals, transportation, and housing. Develop formation curriculum for student group in preparation for the conference.
