Participate in commercial and sales meetings (Risk Reviews) and take notes or follow-up actions when needed. Help identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in commercial processes; support initiatives to improve throughput and accuracy using Lean tools and principles (e.g., value stream mapping, 5S, root cause analysis and Kaizen events). Participate in and support the implementation of Lean commercial process improvements, including standard work development, process mapping, continuous improvement reviews, eliminate rework in the OTR chain by analyzing risk mitigation and opportunities recovery. Support internal audits and documentation related to QMS compliance. Support the onboarding and training of new commercial tools and process improvements.
