Responsibilities: Our Fusion Inspection Technicians are responsible for performing a visual inspection on plastic gas pipe fusions and joints, collecting GPS coordinates on gas pipe fusions and related equipment, collection of tracking and traceability data on client gas assets, and reporting abnormal operating conditions that may exist. The position also requires accurate documentation of all inspections performed and all client assets encountered during the course of the inspection. This position requires you to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and use a company provided tablet, smart phone, and GPS equipment to accurately document all records. Utility services experience is preferred, but not necessary. The Gas Station Cashier is responsible for selling goods to all guests while creating a fun, service orientated customer experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greets guests. Growth Opportunities. Compensation: $26.58 Per Hour The Position Proposition: We have an immediate opening for a Fuser in Fort Collins, CO, area to support underground utility gas operations. The Fuser’s main responsibility is to safely and effectively fit, assemble, thread, fuse, and install various types of pipe and pipefittings as necessary to complete utility pipeline installation. The Fuser will perform other duties as required to support utility new construction within Q3C, Gas Operations. Requirements: Previous Fuser / Pipefitter / Plumbing experience highly desirable. Working experience in construction, or the utility distribution industry highly desirable, but not required. Requires technical thinking, and the ability to read standards and schematics. Must possess and maintain an appropriate and valid driver’s license. Class A license preferred, or a willingness to obtain one. Must be dependable, and willing and able to perform physically demanding work in the elements. Travel to job locations within the Denver Metro area is required. Educational & Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED is highly preferred. A valid driver's license with a clean driving history, Class A CDL is highly preferred. Solid communication skills and reasoning ability. Ability to pass drug tests for pre-employment and continuing random tests and possible physicals as required by various state and/or federal agencies and/or QUS for safe operation of equipment. Ability to read and interpret utility maps and utility records. Must be able to lift 100 pounds on a daily and continual basis. Ability to drive on a stop-and-start basis daily and continually. Lifting, placing of materials, standing, walking, turning, stooping, kneeling, crawling, reaching, crouching, speaking and hearing are required continuously. Close vision is required for some functions and distance and peripheral vision is required for safety. Primoris Gas Operations is a drug-free environment. All positions require participation in federally compliant PHMSA or FMSCA drug and alcohol testing programs. This includes both pre-employment and ongoing random testing. Fusers are subject to outside weather conditions in elements and will be exposed to a variety of noise and ground surface temperatures. Safely and accurately install, repair, test and perform tasks related to construction and maintenance of natural gas distribution systems. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for safely and efficiently installing and testing natural gas facilities. Construction will include the new installation of urban & rural mains, services, meters, jumpers and tie-ins. Ensure gas lines and equipment are operating properly & be able to test the various gas components. Overall assistance to crews doing various tasks to ensure timely project completion. All work to be done according to safe work procedures, company work policy, the various utilities’ standards, and up to Atmos Energy Code.
