Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Commercial Roofing Project Manager  to join our Buckhead Roofing Team.  You must be able to physically be in the area assigned to you or within daily driving distance of the surrounding areas as needed for this position.
 The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service, negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. 

This is a W2, Weekly Pay and Commission Gaining POSITION.  We provide you with all the needed tools: IPADS, Drones (after clearance) and BHR Attire!


Responsibilities 

  • Attend scheduled Company Meetings via Zoom and In-Person Meetings.
  • Understand the contract to ensure the Company’s responsibilities and scope of the work
  • Responsible for catching deviations from the specifications and plans as it relates to scope, contract and schedule
  • Generate estimates from blueprint drawings, specifications, field notes, field drawings, and actual field inspections
  • Obtain all necessary information, such as: field inspections, measurements, photographs, and sketches required to provide accurate customer pricing
  • Submit proposals to customers
  • Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, general contractors and property managers
  • Attend/conduct all weekly meetings in conjunction with project start-up, pre-bid, sales, job progress
  • Generate project budgets, submittals, equipment requirements, purchase orders, material lists, manpower requirements, lodging, and transportation
  • Monitor job costs against original estimates, budgets and change orders
  • Manage project closeouts and ensure warranty documents are requested and received
  • Execute contracts with subcontractors

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required, Some College Preferred
  • Critical skills include planning & organizing; problem identification/resolution, follow-through, priority setting, and a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks.
  • Previous experience in Sales and Account Management Preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with associates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
  • Self Motivating, Honest and Hardworking
  • Previous experience with a CRM preferred
  • Knowledge of software applications and ability to navigate apps on your cellular device/tablet
  • Extensive knowledge of roofing materials, techniques and requirements.
  • Reliable Transportation
  • High Levels of Integrity

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
