Position Summary
As a Jr. Roofing Sales Representative, you'll generate leads, meet with homeowners, perform roof and property inspections, and guide customers through the roofing process from initial conversation to signed agreement. You'll represent 3MG in the field with a polished, professional approach while building your product knowledge and sales skills through hands-on training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and run appointments with homeowners and deliver a professional sales presentation.
- Perform roof and property inspections (comfortable on roofs).
- Communicate clearly to educate customers on the roofing process and solutions.
- Manage customer relationships and maintain a strong client base.
- Develop strong knowledge of roofing products, services, and basic insurance/retail workflows.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (capable of transporting a ladder).
- Comfortable getting on roofs and working outdoors.
- Available to work full-time (40 hours/week).
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a coachable mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus commissions.
- $70,000-$125,000 per year on average; top earners exceed $150,000++.

Location
- You will report to our Ocala office as needed and work primarily in the Greater Ocala area.
