QUALIFICATIONS: Must have 5 years Estimator experience in the Roofing field with successful sales records. Ability to read, interpret and accurately take-off constructions drawings. Must be able to operate computer, standard and specialized software applications. Must possess excellent skills in math, writing, public relations, communications and negotiations. What You'll Do:

  • Perform roof and exterior inspections for storm-related damage or the need for work to be done. Yes we sell plenty of Retail!
  • Meet with homeowners to educate them on their options and guide them through the claims process.
  • Measure and estimate repair needs using proven systems.
  • Generate new business through grassroots marketing and lead follow-ups.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ year of sales or more. .
  • Confidence in face-to-face communication with homeowners.
  • Ability to climb roofs and assess property damage.
  • Reliable transportation and strong time management.
  • A self-starter mentality-motivated, independent, and organized.
