Key Responsibilities • Prepare accurate estimates using bid documents, drawings, specifications, and take-offs. • Review project scopes, schedules, and contracts with sales teams, project managers, and subcontractors. • Attend pre-construction meetings and support early planning efforts. • Develop equipment lists, coordinate materials, and assist with delivery scheduling. • Maintain organized documentation for all estimates and assigned projects. • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Understanding of roofing practices, installation methods, codes, and safety standards.

• Compliance with OSHA guidelines and company procedures.

• Ability to pass mandatory and random drug screening.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing estimating experience.

• Thorough knowledge of commercial roofing systems for both new construction and re-roofing.

• Ability to read and perform take-offs from drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe, and estimating software (EDGE preferred).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
