Residential & Commercial Roofing Sales & Project Manager - St. Louis, MO
Compensation:
Salary: $50,000-$60,000 (based on experience) + Uncapped Commission
Total Earnings Potential: $150,000+

Key Responsibilities
- Drive residential and commercial roofing sales through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, property managers, and insurance representatives.
- Conduct roof inspections and guide clients through the inspection, insurance, and installation processes.
- Manage projects from signed contract through completion-ensuring quality workmanship, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals while maintaining a professional company image.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful sales experience in roofing (residential and/or commercial), construction, or related industries.
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to inspect roofs and work outdoors as needed.
