Your primary focus will be on coaching and supporting the sales team to maximize their performance and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). Follow up with "no sale" or "no decision" customers in the team's pipeline to capture potential opportunities and provide support to sales representatives. Administrative: Develop and maintain necessary paperwork and systems to support the sales team. Manage the interview and hiring process for new sales representatives. Generate meeting and marketing ideas to improve team performance and customer engagement. Handle administrative tasks that support the team, such as expediting job submissions, auditing projects before production, and managing payroll-related tasks. Manage email correspondence effectively and promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and drive actionable insights. Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities to guide and develop the sales team. Ability to conduct thorough reviews of the sales process and identify areas for improvement. Exceptional motivational and leadership skills to foster a positive and high-performing team environment. Install and repair roofs and flashings.

Remove old roofing materials (tear off).

Sweep and clean roofs to prepare them for applying new roofing materials.

Clean work areas and equipment.

Load or unload materials.

Lay insulation and roofing membrane.

Glue and prime.

Roll Walls and Seams.

Nail off roof edge.

Properly install vapor and air barrier systems.

Wraps and finishes curbs, pipes, flues, scuppers, pitch pans, and all roof related details on EPDM and Thermoplastic roof systems.

Ability to utilize induction welding to attach TPO or PVC roof systems

Understand the use of and operate rooftop equipment.

Reinforced perimeter strip – pre details

Laying out fastening patterns.

Cutting and installing tapered insulation systems and crickets.

Installing drains and other drainage provisions.

Setting rolls, cutting in curbs and pipes.

Layout and install walkway pads/pavers.

Understanding of shop drawings and blueprints.

Working independently on assigned tasks.

Quality control.

Complete career training when available.

Assist with other day-to-day duties as requested.
