Meets all professional and legal requirements for performing the work assigned. The primary duty will surround Project Management, but other duties as assigned may include onsite quality assurance observation, surveys, or other kinds of facility audits. Works with Leadership, Account Executives and/or other Operations staff to ensure Mantis Innovation has a sustained relationship with the client. ROOFING SERVICE FOREPERSON and SERVICE LABORERS (Commercial Roofs) CentiMark Corporation, a National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Service Foreperson and Service Laborers. ROOFING SERVICE FOREPERSON Job Responsibilities Ability to diagnose roof leaks, and Make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs. Small repair jobs and roof maintenance Job Qualifications: Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety. Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & metal roof repairs Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills. Authorized to work in the United States Valid state driver's license (in good standing) is required. Must pass pre-employment drug test. Service Helper experience preferred, but not required. SERVICE LABORERS Job Qualifications Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 Feet Able to work within a team environment At least 18 years of age or older Authorized to work in the United States Have reliable transportation Must pass a pre-employment Drug test Roofing knowledge is preferred, but not required CentiMark provides a great work environment with challenging career opportunities. Requirements

Perform roof inspections

Possess reliable transportation

Engage in door-to-door sales

Follow up on company provided leads

Conduct inspections on roofs and exteriors to assess storm damage

Cultivate and maintain customer relationships

Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

Stay updated with product information and industry changes

Provide customer service support

Document roofing components, defects, and storm damage findings

Participate in proactive lead generation by door-knocking and seeking referrals

Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities

Create sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

Maintain accurate records of sales activities

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
