What You'll Do:

• Meet with ready-to-buy homeowners every day
• Present and sell roofing, siding, window, and door solutions with confidence
• Guide customers through insurance claim sales after storm damage
• Build trust, deliver value, and close deals with professionalism

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of proven in-home or home improvement sales (insurance claim experience a plus)
• Strong closing skills and a hunger to win
• Customer-first attitude and reliable follow-up habits
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Growth inspired attitude while we grow and promote from within
