The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Roofing Project Coordinator to keep our job sites running smoothly from start to finish. You'll be the bridge between our field crews, clients, and office making sure materials are on-site, timelines stay tight, and every project reflects our reputation for excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate roofing projects from scheduling to final inspection
  • Track material orders, deliveries, returns, and manage inventory
  • Upload daily photos, invoices, and site updates using AccuLynx
  • Visit job sites to ensure quality and resolve any issues
  • Serve as the point of contact between crews, clients, and office staff
  • Help on-site as needed (lifting up to 100 lbs, cleanup, etc.)


Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in construction coordination or project support (roofing experience is a plus)
  • Familiarity with project tools such as AccuLynx, Excel, or other project management software
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a MUST
  • Valid driver’s license required
