Outside Sales Representatives - Roofing

Compensation:Base salary plus commission structures. The Sr. Sales Rep has the potential to earn anywhere between $80,000 - $200,000+ per year, with top earners exceeding $250,000++.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license capable of transporting a ladder. 
  • Must be comfortable getting on roofs
  • Must be able to work a full time, 40 hour week 
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Generating leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals. 
  • Conducting a professional sales presentation with a polished appearance. 
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and educate customers. 
  • Performing roof and property inspections. 
  • Managing customer relationships and maintaining a strong client base. 
  • Developing a strong knowledge of roofing products and services.
