Duties and Responsibilities Complete Roof Repairs in a timely and effective manner. Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying materials. Use Ladders Safely and Effectively for safe access to roofs. Communicate consistently with customers before, during, and at the end of the project Be on call for after-hours emergency calls, if on rotation. Prepare invoices and collect payment at completion of projects. Look for other necessary repairs and share suggestions with your manager. Follow all safety procedures. This position is required to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month, March through November. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Pass a background check Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs and inspect attics Willingness to travel up to 5 % Industry experience preferred but not required - we will train! Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Walking a project with a customer and/or adjuster to develop and accurate scope of work Establishing an accurate estimate and realistic project timeline Ordering needed materials and scheduling the sub-contractors Obtaining all necessary permits when applicable Visiting jobsite on day one to ensure all needed materials are ready, communicate quality expectations, and timelines are being met by subs and vendors Ensuring all OSHA and other safety requirements are being understood and followed on every job Assist with collecting initial and final payments Ensure job site cleanliness Conducting a final walk-thru and ensuring customer is completely satisfied with all work performed Handle any post-construction customer service/warranty issues Must possess at least 3+ years of SOLID residential roofing estimating and project management experience as well as be proficient in multi-tasking and time-management skills. Attention to detail, organization, paperwork, and excellent communication will be the keys to success. Job Description

Come join our team in Fort Collins as a great Repair Technician for Bone Dry Roofing.

Our Roofing Repair Technicians complete a variety of roofing jobs for Bone Dry Roofing customers, all while providing exceptional service. Here at Bone Dry we also believe in setting our technicians up for success with training opportunities, and incredible support.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete Roof Repairs in a timely and effective manner.
  • Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying materials.
  • Use Ladders Safely and Effectively for safe access to roofs.
  • Communicate consistently with customers before, during, and at the end of the project
  • Be on call for after-hours emergency calls, if on rotation.
  • Prepare invoices and collect payment at completion of projects.
  • Look for other necessary repairs and share suggestions with your manager.
  • Follow all safety procedures.
  • This position is required to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month, March through November.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs and inspect attics
  • Willingness to travel up to 5 %
  • Industry experience preferred but not required - we will train!
  • Military service a plus
