This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand, on a pathway of continuous self-improvement and learning. 

Compensation: Incentive Pay. Lead Installers earn $70,000-110,000.
