The CAD Drafter is tasked with developing an in-house CAD details library and serving as Mantis' internal CAD expert. Essential Functions - CAD Drafting, Survey & CQA Collaborate with Design team to prepare project plan drawings and specific construction details using AutoCADfor commercial roof systems. Translating ideas, sketches & specifications into complete & accurate working plans. Prepare AutoCAD drawings for building envelope and pavement systems as needed. Develop, compile, and maintain an in-house library of CAD design components for roofs, building envelope, and pavement. Creates and executes project and CAD drawing delivery schedules and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Ensures design documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Contribute to periodic design reviews to establish and ensure designs are up to Mantis design standards. Design support will require conducting occasional onsite pre-design surveys. Occasional CQA (construction quality assurance) may be required depending on CAD workload. What You'll Do

  • Sales & Client Development
