About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for managing 1-2 residential roofing crews per day. You will oversee projects from material delivery to final inspection, ensuring quality installations, efficient timelines, and a 5-star homeowner experience.

You are not expected to sell jobs - your focus is production, quality control, and crew performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential roofing production (1-2 crews)

• Conduct pre-install walkthroughs and post-install inspections

• Ensure jobs stay on schedule and meet company quality standards

• Serve as the primary field contact for homeowners during installation

• Coordinate with sales and operations for seamless job handoffs

• Enforce safety protocols and professional jobsite standards

• Minimize callbacks and warranty issues through proactive oversight

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years residential roofing experience (production)

• Experience managing subcontractor crews preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects

• Comfortable using CRM or project management software

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
