Pay is dependent on experience and ranges from $25-$30 per hour. As a Foreman, you will: Identify existing and predictable hazards to work surroundings, including working conditions that are unsanitary, hazardous or dangerous to employees. Communicate effectively to supervise employees and maintain customer relations. Identify and investigate leaks, and lead and carry out patching and repair projects in all types of commercial roofs. Climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolds. Oversee and maintain company safety requirements. Other tasks as required based on business need.
