WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR LOUISVILLE TEAM (ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS):

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

  • Must be certified and experienced in operating forklifts (specifically order selector/cherry picker).

  • A minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively multitask in a dynamic environment.

  • The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more with assistance.

  • Comfortable and productive working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
