Job Title Maintenance Technician (Overnight Shift) Job Description POSITION: We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to perform installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company's facilities. A great maintenance technician will have a basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts. They will have a solid understanding of all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude for undertaking administrative tasks such as basic shop maintenance, tool upkeep, and inventory procedures. The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well cared for and adequate to support the company's business operations. POSITION:

We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to perform installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company's facilities. A great maintenance technician will have a basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts. They will have a solid understanding of all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude for undertaking administrative tasks such as basic shop maintenance, tool upkeep, and inventory procedures.

The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well cared for and adequate to support the company's business operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Adhere to developed maintenance procedures

● Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

● Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality

● Perform all repair and installation activities

● Manage workload and perform all tasks in a timely manner

● Monitor equipment inventory and alert Maintenance Manager as necessary

● Monitor and control expendable resources

● Work with contractors and service providers

● Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

● 1 year experience as a maintenance technician

● Basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC understanding

● Experience in executing maintenance operations

● Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc. CNC and compressor experience a PLUS

● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

● Outstanding organizational aptitude
