Job Description
Physician – Primary Care / Family Medicine
Location: Fort Campbell, KYFacility: Blanchfield Army Community Hospital – Intrepid Spirit Center
MDPerm is seeking a Primary Care / Family Medicine Physician to support the Intrepid Spirit Center at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
This physician will provide comprehensive medical care to active-duty service members experiencing traumatic brain injury (TBI), neurological conditions, and related health issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Provide preventive medicine and health maintenance care.
Coordinate referrals to specialty providers when appropriate.
Document patient encounters in MHS GENESIS.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for treatment planning.
Provide medical consultation to other providers within the clinic.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
Completion of ACGME-approved residency in Family Medicine or Primary Care.
Board certified or board eligible through ABMS or AOA.
Current unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience preferred.
Schedule
Full-time
Monday – Friday
40 hours per week
