Job Description

La Business Unit (BU) RATP Infrastructures assure les missions de gestionnaire d'infrastructures du réseau d'Ile de France de la Régie Autonome des Transports Parisiens, définies à l'article L2142-3 du Code des Transports.

Cette BU de plus de 3000 personnes est responsable de l'aménagement, de l'entretien et du renouvellement de l'infrastructure, et garantit dans la durée le maintien des conditions de sécurité, d'interopérabilité et de continuité du service public.

Conformément aux termes de l'article 20 de la loi n° 2010-597 du 3 juin 2010, les lignes, ouvrages et installations du Grand Paris Express seront confiés à la RATP qui en assurera la gestion technique. La direction GIGP (Gestionnaire d'Infrastructures du Grand Paris) de RATP Infrastructures est en charge de préparer puis d'exercer les activités de maintenance des infrastructures du Grand Paris Express.

  1. Poste et Missions

Le.la responsable domaine métier a la charge pour son périmètre métier de :

  • Préparer la maintenance des systèmes et des équipements du Grand Paris Express tout au long de leur cycle de vie en adressant les enjeux de sécurité ferroviaire, de qualité de service au juste besoin en termes de coût et de disponibilité,
  • Vérifier le programme d'exigences de maintenance de la SGP vis-à-vis des expressions de besoins de maintenance de la RATP-GI,
  • Exprimer les avis sur les documents projets de la SGP en phases AVP et PRO (avis portant sur des éléments de conception pouvant impacter les coûts de maintenance et la disponibilité du système de transport),
  • Réaliser les estimations de coût de maintenance et des niveaux de disponibilité, en fonction des données SGP, IdFM et des titulaires des marchés de fournitures des systèmes et des équipements,
  • Etudier les organisations de maintenance et les politiques de maintenance vis-à-vis des besoins exprimés par IDFM,
  • Participer à la finalisation des études d'organisation de maintenance et à l'élaboration du schéma directeur de maintenance des infrastructures, ainsi qu'aux études de programmation et de conception des sites de maintenance des infrastructures
  • Exprimer les avis sur les exigences de sécurité exportées et sur l'adéquation des moyens de Soutien Logistique Intégré proposés par la SGP,
  • Contribuer à la définition et à la préparation de la mise en œuvre des activités de la RATP-GI pour le transfert en gestion technique,
  • Représenter la RATP-GI lors des échanges techniques avec la SGP, IdFM, leurs AMO et leurs MOE
  1. Profil recherché

Diplômé d'ingénieur et/ou Bac + 5, vous avez acquis une première expérience de bureau d'études de conception ou d'ingénierie de maintenance.

Une expérience de management d'équipes de maintenance et/ou de gestion de marchés de maintenance dans le domaine des systèmes de contrôle commande ferroviaire serait un réel plus pour ce poste.

Pour s'y faire, vous disposez des compétences suivantes :

  • Connaissance technique approfondie d'un système de contrôle commande du mouvement des trains (automatismes de conduite, commandes centralisées SCADA, signalisation ferroviaire...) mais également une maîtrise des enjeux de sécurité ferroviaire, de disponibilité et de coûts de maintenance d'un système de transport
  • Connaissance des techniques et des outils de génie logiciel et des moyens de soutien logistique intégré utilisés lors de la réalisation, de la validation, puis de la maintenance des systèmes de contrôle commande d'un système de transport ferroviaire.
  • Capacités rédactionnelles, d'abstraction, rigueur, d'ordonnancement et d'organisation
  • Aptitude à collaborer au sein d'un plateau projet multi métiers en créant la synergie nécessaire à l'atteinte des objectifs, et à la négociation dans un contexte d'organisation multi acteurs (interne et externe) avec de forts enjeux stratégiques
  • Expérience de travail dans un environnement doté de différentes sphères de confidentialité
