Completes quality documentation of services provided, including service plans, progress notes, medication informed consent, treatment plan reviews, and other required information to assure compliance with organizational policies and third-party compliance standards. Participate in staffing meetings and consultation with other clinicians to assess therapeutic needs of clients and encourage appropriate referrals to internal and external community services. Maintain communication and positive multi-disciplinary working relationships with clinicians and other related professionals in the community. This will include making appropriate referrals, sharing clinical information within HIPAA guidelines, and providing clinically appropriate interventions and collaborations. Complete timely and accurate documentation within an electronic health record, prepare and complete progress notes, assessments, reports, schedules, and other documentation as required of the position. We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day operations, keep our community running smoothly, and ensure our residents receive top-tier service. What You’ll DoYou’ll be the go-to problem solver and team leader for all things maintenance, including:

  • Overseeing property upkeep, building maintenance, and equipment functionality
  • Managing service requests and preparing apartments for new residents
  • Scheduling and performing preventative maintenance
  • Supervising vendors and maintaining inventory
  • Ensuring full compliance with OSHA standards and safety protocols
  • Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical issues
  • Installing appliances and overseeing warranty fulfillment
  • Maintaining logs and reports (OSHA, snow removal, maintenance, etc.)
  • Supporting the Community Manager with team reviews and evaluations
  • Participating in on-call rotations and responding to after-hours emergencies
  • Leading snow removal efforts as needed
  • Promoting a clean, safe, and welcoming community

What You BringWe’re looking for someone who’s proactive, reliable, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You should have:

  • A high school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • At least 1–2 years of related experience in multi-family maintenance
  • EPA Certification for HVAC
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months—company-paid)
  • Solid knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety standards
  • Great communication skills and a service-first attitude
  • A polished, professional appearance and a strong work ethic
