POSITION SUMMARY The Development Director serves in a key senior staff role that is responsible for meeting contributed revenue goals, managing annual fund campaigns and donor stewardship, engaging major gift donors and prospects, securing sponsors for programs, securing government and foundation funding, and planning and executing special fundraising events. Reporting to and working closely with the Executive Director, the Development Director also works closely with the Finance Director to establish and meet budgetary goals for annual sponsorship revenue and short and long-term goals for contributed revenue. This position requires a strategic and practical thinker who can be effective both independently and as part of a small team. The Development Director will be creative, resourceful, reliable, and a person of high integrity who is helpful and respectful with customers, co-workers, audiences, patrons, visitors, and callers. EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 5 years’ professional fundraising and development experience, preferably with nonprofit, educational, or cultural organizations. Bachelor's Degree – in business administration, marketing, communications, nonprofit management. Master’s degree in related area or additional certifications in fundraising, planned giving, or development will be given preference. Strong interest in the performing arts and non-profit work. Excellent administrative and organizational skills, including ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage competing priorities. Excellent writing, communication, and copy-editing skills. Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to interact with patrons in person, on phone, and by email. Initiative and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Drive Proficiency in Tessitura (our customer relationship manager and ticketing software)  or the ability to quickly gain mastery is required. Our Expectations: As a PT at this facility, we highly prefer someone with neurodevelopmental and DME experience, as this makes up a large majority of the caseload. The caseload heavily consists of children with genetic disorders, cerebral palsy, brain injuries, extreme prematurity, and other diagnoses that come with accompanying physical disabilities. The children who attend The Kidz Club range from NICU-discharged infants to young adults in wheelchairs. You must be comfortable treating this wide range of population to be successful here. This facility has a heavy focus on interdisciplinary collaboration. You must be able to work well with other therapists and staff (ST, OT, ABA, nurses, caregivers, etc.) throughout the day, and be comfortable with basic medical terminology and processes. This setting consists of medically-complex children, some with accompanying behavior issues as well. You must be confident in your knowledge of therapeutic intervention for unique cases, as well as confident in your ability to manage disruptive behaviors. We operate on a fee-for-service basis, meaning you are paid for the hours you bill face-to-face with each child. Because of this, you have flexibility in your schedule, but you also need to be hard-working, self-motivated, and efficient with time management. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with an easy-going personality, who is quick on their feet, passionate about helping children with special needs, and always open to learning! Responsibilities: 1. Assess and diagnose a variety of developmental, congenital, neurological, and musculoskeletal disorders for the medical population, ages birth to 21. 2.  Develop individualized treatment plans following a comprehensive evaluation to address clients' strength and mobility difficulties. 3.  Utilize evidence-based practice in therapy sessions tailored to each client's specific impairments, including:       •Therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance.       •Neuromuscular re-education techniques to enhance motor control and coordination.       •Manual therapy techniques to improve joint mobility and tissue flexibility.       •Gait training and balance activities to improve mobility and stability.       •Use of adaptive equipment or assistive devices to facilitate functional independence. 4.  Complete all documentation (evaluations, treatment notes, LMNs) in a timely, thorough manner. 5.  Supervision of PTAs when necessary. 6.  Provide education and guidance to clients, families, and caregivers on strategies for carry-over therapy at home. 7.  Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. 8.  Stay current with advancements in the field through continuing education and professional development activities. 9.  Adhere to ethical and professional standards outlined by the APTA. Qualifications: 1. Possession of a master's or doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program and state licensure from the Department of Health. 2.  Clinical experience working with the pediatric population (medical pediatric population strongly preferred). 3.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. 4. Proficiency using standardized assessment tools, therapeutic interventions, and assistive technologies relevant to the field. 5.  Commitment to maintaining professional competency and adhering to HIPAA policies and ethical standards. 6.  Current CPR (BLS) certificate. Ability to rotate work schedules to accommodate emergencies and special events is required. Duties Include but are not limited to: ● Work with the Leadership team at Carrick Glen. ● Preventative maintenance of HVAC and other systems as assigned. ● Regularly scheduled cleaning of exterior of building, sidewalks, parking lots, ETC. ● Complete work assigned on daily maintenance work order forms in binder. ● Repair equipment or requisition needed services to repair equipment. ● Readying apartments for move-ins, including painting, flooring repair and/or replacement; fixture repair and/or replacement. ● Ensure proper removal of trash weekly and also broken-down cardboard as needed, daily. ● Proper and safe chemical, tool & equipment storage. ● Landscaping maintenance (communicating with lawn/landscape contracted contact). ● Snow and ice removal (provided by contracted business). ● Regular inspection of interior and exterior of building. ● Repair or replacement of broken fixtures or equipment. ● Complete maintenance requests with time and cost of supplies for director approval within the working budget. ● Identify and request needed supplies from the supervisor and purchase when approved within the working budget. ● Report concerns about residents to the administrator. ● Respond to building and residential emergencies; provide responsible assistance and arrange for appropriate contractual attention/ follow up. ● Common area set-up and clean up for special events and programs. ● Provide resident transportation when scheduled. ● Weekly draining of fire sprinklers lines. ● Conduct bi-monthly fire drills. ● Clean vents, pipes, fans, blowers, light fixtures and all motors apply. ● Ensure trash cans are pulled to the dumpster by the end of day Wednesday and returned on Thursday. ● Clean filters on air conditioners and heaters monthly. ● Dispose of trash and waste as directed. ● Perform minor repairs as needed. ● Keep walks and entrance ways clean and clear of hazardous debris. ● Paint as needed. ● Repair small electrical equipment. ● Make plumbing repairs. ● Clean light fixtures. ● Change lightbulbs when needed. ● Keep work areas neat and clean. ● Advise administrator of needed repairs that cannot be repaired by staff. ● Keep the storage and maintenance areas locked when not in use. ● Keep the furnace room and closets free from storage of other household items. ● Complete other duties as assigned by the administrator. Summary: Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the piping trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities. Pay:  $65 - $75 per hour Schedule :  8-hour shift plus overtime Duties: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC pipe installers Oversee the installation of HVAC/R systems in commercial settings. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with established safety standards and regulations. Review schematics and blueprints to plan HVAC installations or repairs effectively. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex HVAC issues.. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used.   • Management and support of open requisitions
  • Qualification and placement of candidates to open requisitions 
  • Support coordination of orientation for new hires 
  • Management of Active Headcount
  • Perform new hire backgrounds, drug screens, onboarding timely and effectively

Job Requirements
