    •3+ years of experience in a leadership position requiring strategy development.
    •Strong leadership skills with ability to successfully oversee teams and projects.
    •Ability to develop and implement innovative, differentiating infrastructure and operational capabilities that enhance capabilities and increase productivity.
    •Experience in delivery of services with a focus on improved employee experience
    •Experience leading in a multiple sales channels with proven ability drive results.
