Represent the company in key relationships with banks, auditors, insurance providers, and other external stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. MBA strongly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience , with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/executive role . CPA certification is desirable. Construction industry experience is strongly preferred. Strategic thinker with a track record of leading finance functions in complex, growth-oriented organizations.
