PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: Under general direction, recruits new customers, services existing customers, is responsible for product sales (vitamin and mineral premixes, manufactured feeds, feed ingredients, and products from supply agreements) and identifies business opportunities in an assigned territory, with the primary objective of achieving territory sales goals.  PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Recruit new accounts by making presentations of McNess programs and products to prospective producers. Conduct prospect meetings by utilizing effective presentation skills and being knowledgeable of competitor's products. • Follow-up with producers after the sale to provide outstanding customer service to them and to generate additional product usage. • Market McNess products to all levels of producers. • Achieve cycle and annual sales forecasts by effectively utilizing all available sales resources.
