Based on position, prior experience in one or more of the following areas including cardiology, cardiac drip management, critical care, emergency department, medical-surgical, obstetrics, cardiovascular rehabilitation, telemetry, oncology, neonatal intensive care, pediatric acute care, solid organ transplant, cath lab, EP lab, quality assurance related to health care, perioperative and special procedures in applicable nursing specialty area preferred. Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree preferred. Based on position, one or more of the following courses including STABLE, smoking cessation counseling, basic critical care, or other specialty training courses preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred. Proficient with use of email applications preferred. Overview

Generates new business and expanding existing customer relationships through the sale of service agreements and maintenance offerings. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, developing tailored service solutions, and closing contracts that support long-term customer satisfaction and company growth. The position requires strong consultative selling skills, strategic prospecting, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal service and operations teams. 

Professional Qualifications

Education

  • Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

Experience

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative or solution-based sales environment.
  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in service agreements, maintenance contracts, or recurring-service solutions in a heavily commissioned business.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) for pipeline management and reporting.

General

  • Strong understanding of contract structures, service offerings, and value-based selling.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Position Responsibilities

SPECIFIC:

  • Identify and develop new service agreement sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments to determine service requirements and propose appropriate service agreement solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pricing packages that align with company standards and customer needs.
  • Negotiate service agreement terms and close sales to achieve assigned revenue and margin targets.
  • Maintain active pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with operations, service, and management teams to ensure accurate scope development and successful onboarding of new agreements.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support renewals, expansions, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to position company services effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual requirements during the sales process.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and professional functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

GENERAL:

  • Develop and maintain sufficient technical, service, and scientific knowledge and sales proficiency to perform job function.
  • Light Work-Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly.
