Job Summary The Water and Wastewater Department provides expertise and services in community water, wastewater and storm water systems, as well as, aquatic and park facilities. Project types include but are not limited to water main improvements, wells, water towers, water treatment facilities, wastewater lift stations, sewer mains, and wastewater treatment facilities.   Responsibilities and Duties Supports the Project Manager on completing projects primarily with municipalities for their water and wastewater needs. Consults with municipal clients to produce positive results and understand how to leverage a variety of project funding sources. Develop project plans, contract documents, and perform water/wastewater design tasks. Ensure completeness of design related forms and reports. Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will be willing to work a minimum of 20+ hours a week.

  • Team supported environment, communication and engagement is required with LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Must be able to review underwriting guidelines and make product selection based on clients age, health, and desired insurance coverage.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Life Insurance or Health Agents or TOP sales rep or willing to become Licensed.
  • Coachable, Patient, Ambitious and a Team Player mentality!
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Must have a smart phone and a laptop and connected to the internet.
