We're hiring Grain & Agronomy Operators for the upcoming harvest season. No experience is required;training is provided.Position Details

• Seasonal position starting August 24, 2026
• Monday Friday, 7: 00 AM 5: 00 PM
• Weekends and extended hours required during harvest
• Significant overtime available throughout the season
• Opportunity for permanent employment after harvest based on performance

$1, 000 Hiring BonusEmployees hired between August 24 and September 30, 2026 are eligible for a $1, 000 end-of-season bonus paid on or before December 1, 2026 (or earlier if the season ends sooner).Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload grain commodities
• Blend and load dry and liquid fertilizer and chemicals
• Perform light maintenance and housekeeping of grain elevators
• Load railcars at designated facilities
• Operate heavy equipment when certified

Qualifications

• No experience necessary;training provided
• Agricultural background or mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in a dusty environment
• Must not have allergies to corn or grain
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
• No high school diploma or GED required
• Must wear over-the-ankle work boots that are at least 50% leather (steel-toed boots are not required)
