We are currently seeking a Storm Damage Inspector to join our team. As a Storm Damage Inspector, you will develop your sales skills as you build your pipeline of business through direct selling to homeowners. Most of our deals are sealed during the first interaction, making your ability to build rapport and present solutions on the spot a crucial part of your success. For those homeowners who need more time, you’ll continue the conversation through follow-up calls, helping them make informed decisions and ultimately closing the deal.
 
If you excel in both fast-paced sales environments and thoughtful follow-up strategies, this role offers a dynamic mix of both where you can leverage your talents to help homeowners protect and restore their properties with confidence.

ESSESNTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate new business through door-knocking, inspections, and other sales/marketing activities (minimum monthly sales quota required to maintain employment)
  • Calling through leads, touching files twice per week
  • Perform Storm Damage inspections on residential homes.
  • Provide excellent service to each & every customer.
  • Attend company and Sales Department meetings and trainings.
  • Represent Legacy Restoration by wearing company-branded apparel and having company branded vehicle decals installed on the windows of their personal vehicles.
  • Operate with Legacy Core Values with all customers and Legacy teammates on a day-to-day basis. 
  • Work hours in the evening and on Saturdays.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Highly goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills including the ability to present effectively in front of homeowners.
  • Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with homeowners.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and close deals efficiently.
  • Ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to set up and climb up and down ladders allowing for roof inspections.
  • Spend large amounts of time each day on your feet outside during various weather conditions.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record of success in your career.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Experience in exterior restoration, construction, roofing, or home improvement sales.
  • Experience using CRM systems, sales tracking apps, or other digital tools for managing sales pipelines.
  • Skilled in identifying homeowner concerns and offering tailored solutions that address specific property needs.
- Base Salary of $70,000 + commission
- 1st year reps typically make between $70-85K
- 2nd year reps typically make between $80-100K
- 3rd year reps typically make between $100-135K
- $500 per month vehicle allowance
