Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Permanent Bookkeeper to join our Accounting and Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a proven track record in bookkeeping.Responsibilities:As a Permanent Bookkeeper, your key responsibilities will include:1. Maintaining and updating financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.2. Conducting daily account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of entered financial data.3. Creating and sending invoices, managing overdue accounts, and ensuring timely payments.4. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements.5. Reconciling bank statements and conducting internal audits to manage discrepancies and irregularities.6. Ensuring compliance with state revenue service, federal tax requirements, and other legal guidelines.7. Collaborating with the accounting team to work on financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk analysis.8. Providing support to the finance team during the end of the financial year and during audits.Qualifications:The successful candidate for the Permanent Bookkeeper role should possess the following qualifications and skills:1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or similar role within the Accounting and Finance industry.2. Proficiency in account reconciliations, bookkeeping, and managing invoices.3. A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.4. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.8.
