Role: Work and Asset Management Coordinator Location: Omaha, NE (5 days onsite) Duration : 6 Months Contract Pay Rate: $25/hr. to $28.50/hr. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of gas transmission assets such as pipelines, compressors, valves, meters, and pressure regulating equipment using the Maximo Application Suite. Coordinate and track maintenance and inspection schedules; manage work orders using the Maximo Application Suite. Support regulatory compliance by maintaining preventive maintenance tasks and corresponding work orders. Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and prepare reports for asset management staff. Handle communications with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders. Assist in developing and implementing asset management policies and procedures, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal protocols. Collect, organize, and input asset data attributes using specialized software and databases (e.g., asset management tools, P&ID data, GIS data). Generate reports on work management and asset performance, lifecycle, and corrective and preventive maintenance requirements. Collaborate with finance, operations, and procurement teams to support cross-functional asset initiatives. Support work management functions by tracking assignments, updating tasks, coordinating with field operations teams, and using project or task management tools to ensure timely completion of objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience in administrative or asset/work management support roles. Proficiency with asset management software and tools; experience with work/project management platforms is a plus. Strong data entry and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High level of organizational and time-management skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address issues. During the bidding process, create a project schedule template in the appropriate software platform for the project team to build a Proposal schedule if required. Perform initial computer and user set up of new employees to allow for the use of the required schedule software platform. Maintain the resource list associated with Ross Group project server. Ensure the project team has the appropriate training and software to develop the schedule. Review the proposal, preliminary and initial schedules for compliance with RG requirements and contract requirements.  Advise and assist Operations if changes are needed. Ensure all schedules are properly cost and resource loaded. Maintain baseline schedule for each project. Interface with Operations to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems.  Contribute to the development of working schedules for Estimating, prior to proposal date, which sufficiently illustrate the sequence of work activities and contract time. Assist Marketing in reviewing proposal schedules as needed. Assist Operations with creation of the necessary schedule software program files for preliminary, initial, and pay application schedules, in accordance with Ross Group standards and contract requirements. Assist Operations with the control and management of in progress project schedules.  Serve as technical advisor for any schedule process or software related problems. Assist Project Managers in creating short-term schedules or fragnets, monitor such schedules to determine impact on master schedule, and help in formulating actions to correct scheduling problems. Manage and evaluate current schedule performance. Provide information and advice as needed on the content, modification, or presentation of project schedules. Identify scheduling software training needs among employees and provide training when necessary; remain current on the advancements in scheduling software. Be responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity. Encourage the professional growth of each project team through ongoing training program development and open dialog with team members. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations is essential. Makes decisions concerning IFT, Mutual Aid, and Out of town trips in absence of Senior Management Shall manage the day to day short term scheduling needs Ensure that crews TEFs are turned into Operations Supervisor Will deliver RTF paperwork to employees on duty, forwarding back to administrative assistant Will ensure daily duties (truck cleaning, station duties, check offs, etc…) are performed Will be the first contact OJIs, Complaints; Company related Accidents, etc… Will be responsible for starting initial investigations and forward to Operations Supervisor for completion Completes daily report at end of each shift, detailing activities of shift Serves as a leader and provides guidance and training for new employees and students Performs all of the above functions in accordance with established financial and operational plans and goals pertaining to cost effectiveness and efficient management Shall respond to the scene of calls with crews and shall assume command and coordinate ambulance transport in the event of a Mass Casualty Incident until relieved by a member of senior management Attend regular planning meetings Other duties as assigned Demonstrates the ability to safely lift, transfer and maneuver patients in and out of ambulances, facilities, residences and other locations Qualifications Paramedic Job Qualifications: REQUIRED Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification Minimum of 2 years of experience in the EMS field preferred State specific Paramedic license in good standing / current NREMT certification if required by state Current certifications CPR: BLS, ACLS, PCC/PALS Valid state specific Drivers’ license Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening Strong people skills and proven ability to collaborate within a team Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to comprehend and execute verbal and written instructions in English Ventilator certified every three (3) years Successful completion of a written and practical exam FEMA IS certs: (IS-100; IS-200; IS-700; IS-800) Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working as a Paramedic or in a similar medical role Additional certification or advanced training in emergency services: Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS); Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) and/or Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) training Technology proficiency Knowledge, Skills and Ability: Knowledge of methods and techniques for providing on-site emergency medical services Knowledge of company medical director approved protocols and standing orders Ability to read and interpret local maps Demonstrated skills in the successful completion of multiple, simultaneous, and rapidly emergent tasks Demonstrated ability to read and understand medical terminology Demonstrated ability to write reports, and correspondence Demonstrated ability to utilize personal computer systems including PCR reporting, email and MDT applications Demonstrated ability to represent team members as an EMS professional Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, stand, or balance. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 180 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 300 pounds with assistance from others. Job Description

Role: Work and Asset Management Coordinator
Location: Omaha, NE (5 days onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $25/hr. to $28.50/hr.


Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of gas transmission assets such as pipelines, compressors, valves, meters, and pressure regulating equipment using the Maximo Application Suite.
  • Coordinate and track maintenance and inspection schedules; manage work orders using the Maximo Application Suite.
  • Support regulatory compliance by maintaining preventive maintenance tasks and corresponding work orders.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and prepare reports for asset management staff.
  • Handle communications with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and implementing asset management policies and procedures, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal protocols.
  • Collect, organize, and input asset data attributes using specialized software and databases (e.g., asset management tools, P&ID data, GIS data).
  • Generate reports on work management and asset performance, lifecycle, and corrective and preventive maintenance requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and procurement teams to support cross-functional asset initiatives.
  • Support work management functions by tracking assignments, updating tasks, coordinating with field operations teams, and using project or task management tools to ensure timely completion of objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative or asset/work management support roles.
  • Proficiency with asset management software and tools; experience with work/project management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong data entry and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of organizational and time-management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
