This position supports both shipping and assembly operations by assisting with various production tasks, preparing products for shipment, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the process.Job Duties:

• Assist with assembly, packaging, and shipping tasks based on department needs*
• Help build, prepare, and inspect fabricated components for shipment*
• Package finished products according to customer and production requirements*
• Load and unload materials and finished goods as needed*
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment*
• Assist team members with meeting daily production goals*
• Verify product quality and accuracy before shipment*
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area*
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company guidelines*
• Move between departments and tasks as production needs change
