About the position:

We are looking for a hard-working Accounts Receivable Associate to join our growing team. Your duties will include chasing down unpaid invoices and communicating regularly with brokers and carriers to resolve any payment issues. Our mission is to get truck drivers paid faster. Your job is to ensure that we get paid back.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment from brokers and carriers.

  • Establish and maintain regular communication with brokers and carriers to resolve any payment issues.

  • Accurately track, record, and update payment statuses, addressing any discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts receivable processes and improve cash flow.

  • Generate and analyze reports on account balances and payment trends, providing actionable insights.

  • Assist in developing strategies to minimize overdue accounts and optimize payment collections.

  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the AR department as needed.

Requirements:

  • A strong work ethic and capacity to learn quickly.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve issues effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in records and data.
