Job Summary Job Description Respond to and provide onsite technical product support at customer facilities. Work closely with the company and customer's engineering personnel on the technical matters and coordinate their instructions and recommendations during service work. Work from complex engineering drawings and specifications, detailed written and verbal instructions and handbooks. Use a wide variety of precision measuring instruments, e.g., micrometers, calipers, tachometers, levels, and electrical meters. Ability to provide appropriate documentation necessary to gain/maintain access to customer facilities and/or meet all customer requirements. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60%.
