By analyzing key financial and guest satisfaction metrics, the Director develops innovative menus, pricing strategies, and promotions that drive revenue growth and enhance the overall guest experience. With a keen eye for operational improvements, the Director leads initiatives to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and boost profitability. This role also manages the department’s budget with an emphasis on meeting or exceeding financial targets, while working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience throughout the property. A key player in organizational change, the Director communicates goals clearly, fosters accountability through regular team meetings, and ensures policies and procedures are well understood and consistently followed. The role also supports the preservation of tribal identity and culture, maintains confidentiality of all business matters, and takes on additional responsibilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
  • Fifteen years of fine dining, casual/a la carte dining, concession operations, banquet operations, catering sales, beverages operations experience 
  • Ten years of leadership experience in a luxury and high-volume hospitality/Food & Beverages environment, with at least 5+ years in senior or Director role.
  • Strong attention to detail, financial acumen, and team leadership
  • Proven record of driving and achieving results

Preferred:

  • MBA
  • Gaming experience
  • Food and Beverages Outlets Concept development and Opening experiences
  • Experience working with tribal entities

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Our facilities operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year which may require this position to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
