ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provides a fun and welcoming experience for Food Enthusiast guests through exceptional customer service, communication, and operational skills. Assists in the daily operation of all Food Enthusiast programs at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at Copia while providing the highest level of customer service standards. Effectively communicates timing, space usage, program details, and all other service components of each Food Enthusiasts program for all internal teams.
