Job Description The Corrections Oversight Worker supervises inmates to ensure that meal and food items are prepared in accordance with production plans. In this role, you will train workers in methods of performing duties, as well as assign and coordinate work to promote the efficiency of operations. This person is also responsible for the sanitation of the facility and maintaining personal safety, by conforming to all standards and regulations. Compensation Information: This position has an anticipated salary range of $48,308 - $72,616​ per year based on education and relevant experience. This position is eligible for Young Life’s Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA). This is a geographically based pay adjustment meant to compensate staff for residing in an area that is more expensive than the national average. In Buena Vista, COLA is at 7%. In addition to the COLA, this position is eligible for a monthly housing stipend. This position is eligible for Young Life benefits. Notes: Young Life is a relational ministry.
